The Hierarchy of Human Needs

I first came across Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs whilst on a teaching contract at Thomas Tallis school

It places creativity at the top of the top of the pyramid, a zone in which humans achieve self actualisation.
Something I have personally felt is the pinnacle of Western, civilised development.
